I would highly recommend having your BMW serviced at German Auto Service. I initially considered having the BMW dealership repair my car but felt very uncomfortable after seeing 20+ service reps alternating between customers and noticing a very busy waiting area. I called and received a very fair quote (about 25% less than the dealer), so I decided to give them a try. I took my car in for maintenance, basically an oil change, tune-up, and engine diagnosis. They completed all the necessary work in a very minimal amount of time and kept me informed about the exact services to be performed. I would definitely give this repair shop a excellent rating and recommend (Joel) them to anyone who likes to have personalized service without the upselling.
